  I remember watching a Japanese movie from the pre-smartphone era, where they also had mandatory shutter sound on their phones. That one woman in the movie offered a service where she removed the software lock that made the shutter sound mandatory. I'm sure there are work arounds for todays phones as well.

  They also have a problem with sexual deviance in minors, and refuse to call these demons depraved, but will still call them bullies. Several girls dragging a girl who never did crap to them to a boy to be sexually assaulted is not bullying. Several boys sexually assaulting, mutilating, possibly even killing a boy or a girl they've been harassing for months is not rough housing or bullying. They should not be at any school or even returned to normal society after being found guilty and apologizing to the families no matter how sincere, but especially when it's fake.
