    You must watch for " guarding" as puppies on any dog. My 2 jacks are great and no aggression to cats, dogs, chickens etc. Guarding starts with bones or fav' toys in puppies.

    There’s a video of two fighting each other while the owners are holding their leashes and one owner is spraying them Both directly in the face from inches away and neither dog stopped fighting/biting. I found it here on KZread. I stay in hotels and sometimes people have pits and I’m scared of them. I was so hoping that it would work but it appears it doesn’t.

    … aggressive fighting dogs are not freaks of “nature”, but freaks of human breeders who have developed these artificial creatures by techniques of selection and cross-breeding whereby they focus on magnifying and hyper-concentrating genetic traits like physical prowess and fight-to-the-death ‘gameness’ in a number of modern fighting breeds… To be honest, I personally find many of these ‘dogs’ to be admirable and impressive specimens. BUT can society tolerate naïve owners exposing children, neighbors, and even themselves to their destructive potential? Too many tragedies are taking place. The ‘long’ answer will be a continuation of fruitless debates over who or what is to blame when powerful dogs snap into berserk attack mode and destroy human lives. The ‘short’ answer is what can be done in the meantime - while waiting for the human mouthpieces to finally get done with their jawboning. The short answer is for everyone to always be prepared and ready to stop any savage dog attack -> by D E F E A T I N G the dog. By any means, including lethal means if necessary. Our hero ought to be that grandmother who grabbed a kitchen knife and put down her pet pit bull in order to save her granddaughter.

    Tysm for this great advice. Since watching it a few hours ago I've already been able to implement a new kind of play and started to teach my dog to fetch a ball 😅 tho we are still working on bringing it back she really loves it when I throw it and engages super positively. I've also redirected her to her crate when she starts to fall asleep on the couch and have been able to even leave the door open when she does. I've also arranged to pick up a plastic crate later today since the ones she has currently are metal. Very much appreciate this whole video

    What to do when a dog attacks? I know what I am going to do! First of all, be prepared and expect a possible dog attack! Second, make sure you equip yourself with weapons every time you leave your home! Third, scan for any dogs around you and any oncoming attacks. Fourth, if a dog does appear and is charging at you without an owner, pull out some super strong pepper spray and soak its face with pepper spray. Fifth, if the pepper spray doesn't completely stop the dog attack, pull out a big knife and slice the dog's throat and cut its eyeballs out if you need to. Problem solved.

  • @AceCorr
    @AceCorr Жыл бұрын

    @@517hectorhernandez Well, the postal carrier is allowed to carry pepper spray. I know most of them use HALT pepper spray. That pepper spray is much too weak. It won't stop any vicious dog. I suggest all the postal carrier who are friendly to me to carry what I carry. Get the BEST OF THE BEST pepper spray. I would invest my personal money to buy lots of FOX 1.4 pepper spray. That's SWAT level pepper spray which can annihilate anything it hits. Dogs are the enemy! You can't underestimate the enemy! Pit bulls are one of the strongest dogs and you need to carry the hottest pepper spray to subdue a vicious pit. It's all about self-defense!

    when i was child, all aggressive dogs where put down (except police and army dog). So it was natural selection. Now there are many dogs psychologists, we tolerate inappropriate behaviour and we transfer the responsibility to the breeder.

    Hi Hector, I have a strong willed rescue puppy -mixed breed. He's 8 months. In your puppy video you said to spray a mix of vinegar and water if they bite under 5 months. What do I do for my boy, Chase? I didn't see that puppy video till now. Right now I just have a leash on him all the time and try to just pull him away from me if he tries to mouth me. When he's excited he bites me and also if I tell him no or take away his something he turns and bites. He also hates it when you put your hand above his head like in your newest video. I have not been violent with him but I'm going to admit that I did use my hands to correct him when he was younger like putting my hands on his collar and pulling him away and putting hands in his mouth to stop mouthing or to remove something from his mouth. His vet experiences were quite handsy too. Thanks for all your helpful videos.

  • @517hectorhernandez
    @517hectorhernandez2 жыл бұрын

    Hello Aly, great question. I would start playing outside with a flirt pole and a ball; you need to channel that mouthing to an object and appease his instinct. Get him addicted to biting play toys. Also, go to my website and look at all the free tips and advice I have for you to read. Make sure no one rough houses (wrestles), slaps boxes using their hands or plays the chase game with him. Keep me updated on your progress.

    Hi Hector, wanted to report back on Chase's progress. He's doing very well with playing with the flirt pole and other toys. I notice he now only tries to bite me when he's overexcited. I try not to get him too excited but if it does happen I use the sit and down command instead of trying to struggle to get him to stop biting me with his leash. For his anxiety he now takes supplement called Zylkene. I don't know if it's making a difference but I watched your episode that said that if he's mid level anxiety then give him a supplement and all the other things as well. I do notice he doesn't like it when I message him, he moves away from me. I'll try to do it as much as he will allow.
