  Me dormi bastante bien aunque por padecimientos tenia que despertar por ratos. Me ayudo bastante a concentrarme y relajarme. Sensacion rara positiva al despertar. Se sentia como sentirse normal. Sin ningun efecto negativo ni tension, ni estres, ni cansancio, ni nada. Una buena alternativa a los sonidos blancos o de lluvia tradicionales

  Вчера у меня улетел попугай, мой малыш. Последний день я непрерывно плакала и искала его. Мне очень больно. Ночь без моей птицы невыносима. Но я не сдаюсь и не теряю надежды. Надеюсь, эти чаши помогут мне уснуть и завтра с новыми силами продолжу поиски

  anche a me è successo, a volte quando sono nella stagione riproduttiva pensano di trovare una compagna e farsi un nido per conto loro. Non perdere le speranze, poi è tornato, quando si accorge che la fuori non c'è nulla per lui. Se il tuo pappagallo era libero e lo trattavi bene, tornerà di sicuro.
