That is my question also. What kind of screw goes in the back. I’m assuming you make a hole for it then epoxy the hardware in later? Gorgeous kitchen, btw! And that table is amazing!!

Thanks so much! I make a hole about 4mm in the clay knob and then after glaze firing embedded the screw with epoxy into the hole.. a few screws came loose with the constant use..in retrospect the easiest would be to drill a hole before firing all the way through the knob and figure out a way to mask it from the front or find a screw with a metal / decorative look as u would see it from the front..

I think pottery was more likely evolved from small stoneware animals used in storytelling... perhaps they made small figurines to tell stories and then the figurines ended up in the fire perhaps as part of a ritual. Then after burning in the fire they realised they could make more useful things
