If North Carolina isn't a sanctuary state, then why are my lawyers hands tied? Why was the perpetrator that almost killed me 2 months ago for running red light, without a license, registration for the vehicle, or insurance let go from the scene? Why did the officer only take down her name and phone number, while I was fighting for my life? Could it be because these officers are encouraged by their higher ups not to engage illegal migrants? My lawyer sure thinks this is a sanctuary state, I'm going to listen to him because he went to law school.

To help with content. This is North Carolina. SB stands for Senate Bill. If you look up SB50, it talks about revocable trusts. But then you find a document that is stamped SB50 but the title of the paperwork says Senate Bill DRS35017-ND-10A. That does talk about compliance. Just look it up yourself the state is North Carolina.

Esp when he has had lawsuit after lawsuit filed against him for for purposely delaying concealed carry permits & jamming the veterans mental health database with inquires ab people that never even served. There's been 9 deaths at the jail in 2 yrs including over dose & a 17 yr old that committed suicide while waiting to be transfered to juvie. Crime has skyrocketed & he also instructed his officers not to pull over cars for expired plates/inspection, no insurance, headlights/tail lights/blinkers, etc bc black drivers only make up a very small percentage but have the largest percent of cases in traffic court. He is not the same man he was before he became sheriff. Which was disappointing bc I really liked him when he had his TV show on ID channel & thought he'd be an asset to our community.

Not quite sure what the answer to immigration really is, but ICE is nothing but a disgusting branch of the gang known as leo's. My son is a Marine who literally left one day after graduating. He was coming home on his first leave on the bus n they were pulled over n ICE swooped in like the bullies they are n when they finally got to him asked him for his id n tried their intimidating bullshit. My son was pissed cuz it's one thing to do a job, but it's a whole new problem when you're thinking folks absolutely have to SUBMIT YOUR PERCEIVED AUTHORITY N OBEY YOU. He did eventually cuz his mom is a semi-bootlicker n talked him into it. It's one of the big things we disagree on as most cops really are egomaniacal tyrannical bullies with a God complex. I was so mad at my wife for talking him into willingly giving his id cuz he was prepared to make them work to find out that he's as much an American as those thugs were. Yeah I'm a cop hater but only a bad cop hater n sadly probably 98% of the cops in this country are not good cops. It's absolutely disgusting that the legitimate Good cops have to be lumped in with all the others. You're not a good cop if you're complicit while another cop is out of line.
