I love watching the different lip sync by our wonderful police men and women and people need them they call them otherwise most of them don't like to respect the police the way they should be respected. Hey guys, what a video. You're happy. Awesome. I had the pleasure of visiting your fine facility, some time ago. I sat in your booking room and watched your deputies beat up a hog tied street kid. I got to see examples of your deputies strengthening relationships with community members by helping the EPD officers beat the hog tied kid. There were two EPD officers and two deputies and one.... hog tied.....kid. That's the only time I've ever been inside your illustrious establishment so I can only assume that I saw your deputies at a normal day of work.....beating....hog tied....street kids. I'm no rocket scientist, but I don't think you're really supposed to hit people when their arms and legs are tied together behind their backs. But your deputies did. Repeatedly. Anyway, I guess the real point is that you can dance around and do your happy routine but I've seen what you people are really like when the doors close and nobody important is looking. I'll make sure to tell my children too.

Hey, Lane County Sheriff's Department. Back in 99 I was getting booked for disorderly conduct and I watched two EPD officers bring in a hogtied young man of around 20 years. After hitting the young man's head on the steel door on their way in, they deposited him in front of the door to the booking room. You know the one. Then they jumped on him. Knees first into his back, and started punching. Did I mention that he was hogtied? This is in your county jail so of course, your deputies heard the commotion and came to assist. Now, I specifically remember one of them. This guy was almost 7 ft. and he clearly worked out so he was already pretty noticable but he also wore padded goggles. Like Kareem Abdul Jabbar. See, Kareem used these goggles because basketball is a very physical sport. You bump into people, fingers end up in eyes, you get the picture. Your guy, very clearly, enjoyed the physical aspect of working as the welcoming committee at Lane County Jail. Anyway, so here come the Lane County Sheriff's deputies with your guy Kareem, leading the charge with a very slight smile because the two EPD officers were obviously struggling with sufficiently beating the hogtied young man. This was a street kid by the way not some MMA fighter. So, the Lane County Sheriff's deputies come to the rescue in what is obviously the only way they know how, punches and pain compliance techniques. Did I mention that the kid was hogtied. I can only imagine what a punch from Kareem would feel like. Especially when you're already laying on the concrete. Hogtied. So anyway, I guess the moral of the story is that this video is two years old and I'm going to try to find some fresher videos of yours and tell my story there. Haven't been to jail before or since but I will make sure to tell my children all about you.

Great job of wasting the tax payers money . POLICE OFFICERS FRAUDULENT TICKETS : The ticket/citation does not conform and is inconsistent with the constitution and supreme court rulings and also does not follow courts civil or criminal procedures. If the Judge says the ticket/citation is a summons & complaint ? Is It Really… Nope, anybody can beat these unlawful, unconstitutional tickets!!! 1) Probable Cause ; The police officer must have articulable probable cause before detaining of anyone !!! Understanding of probable cause: The police officer must have and be able to articulate probable cause that, A) You have harmed/damaged a person or property. B) The police officer has a witness, of you committing a crime. C) The police officer witnessed you committing or about to commit a crime. D) Has a warrant for your arrest. Without probable cause before the stop, the ticket/citation is unconstitutional. 2) Proper Complaint ; For a proper complaint. The injured party (plaintiff ) (he/she) (living soul) must have created and signed an affidavit, aka (sworn complaint) that has a judicial (branch) officer signature with a embroidered seal (stamp) (notarized). THUS: Where is the plaintiff and judicial officers signature and stamp? Not on the ticket! 3) Charging instrument ; The sworn complaint becomes the charging instrument when submitted into the court by the plaintiff (living soul) or by a representative (prosecutor/attorney) with a court received stamp “Filed“ with case #. If there is no charging instrument submitted by the plaintiff (living soul) then there can be no summons issued and there is no case for the court to be tried. THUS: No stamp “Filed” on the ticket! 4) Proper Summons ; A proper summons comes after the complaint is filed into the court, then the Court can create the date/time and the instrument (summons) to bring you into court. The summons is a separate document from the complaint and requires hand written signature of a dually appointed judicial officer, aka (judge) or (head court clerk) of that court. THUS: Where is the summons judicial officers signature on the ticket? 5) Separation of Powers Act ; When the issuing (ticketing) police officer gives you a ticket/citation and shows (tells) you the date too appear in court by his/her own accord, the police officer is in violation of the separation of powers act. The police officer power is from the executive branch, the officer has no judicial powers to create the instrument for a court date & summons for anyone to come into court, only the government judicial branch officer aka Judge or head court clerk of that court can set the time/date and create the instrument (summons). THUS: Ticket/citation is unconstitutional and null & void. 6) Damaged Party ; Who is the damaged party (a living soul)? The plaintiff being the (state of) or (city of) or (county of) is not a living soul. Must be a living flesh/blood soul. 7) Legal Right ; A ticket/citation does not indicate, a violation of a legal right. 8) The police officer is committing perjury ; When the police officer sworn on the ticket and or (incident report), and or in court that you committed a crime/felony and or violation against a fictional plaintiff that is NOT a living flesh/blood soul. a) Violation = Injury, Infringement, Breach of right, Duty, and or Law (Blacks law). b) Crime = A crime is damage to person or property or police witnessed a felony. “Sherar v. Cullen 481 F 945 (1973) ” c) A “Code’ or Statute’ is not a Law,” “(Flournoy v. First Nat. Bank of Shreveport, 197 La. 1067, 3 So.2d 244, 248)” When a police officer sworn that you committed a crime/violation on paper or in court and there is no real damaged party (living soul) the officer just committed perjury, which is a class 4 felony. Also is a violation of the police officers Oath of Office (Breach of officers contract to the people) and also is WARRING AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION (TREASON). Summary: The ticket/citation is really, a Sworn Witness Report by the Police Officer.

Great job of wasting the tax payers money . If these clowns was doing there job properly in the first place they wouldn't need PR for they would be hero's in the peoples eye's , but no....... they're not doing their jobs correctly and in the majority eyes the cops are feared and loathed for they are not Law enforcers they are Revenue Client Collectors for the corrupt courts to fund the city with the ill gotten gains from the people with these fraudulent tickets . The cops today are not working for the people , they are trained to site and escalate into larger $ tickets for the city or state . Cops today do not Honor their Oath of Office and do not use the Constitution as there guidance for law enforcing instead they violate the people and help the courts steal from the people . POLICE OFFICERS FRAUDULENT TICKETS : The ticket/citation does not conform and is inconsistent with the constitution and supreme court rulings and also does not follow courts civil or criminal procedures. If the Judge says the ticket/citation is a summons & complaint ? Is It Really… Nope, anybody can beat these unlawful, unconstitutional tickets!!! 1) Probable Cause ; The police officer must have articulable probable cause before detaining of anyone !!! Understanding of probable cause: The police officer must have and be able to articulate probable cause that, A) You have harmed/damaged a person or property. B) The police officer has a witness, of you committing a crime. C) The police officer witnessed you committing or about to commit a crime. D) Has a warrant for your arrest. Without probable cause before the stop, the ticket/citation is unconstitutional. 2) Proper Complaint ; For a proper complaint. The injured party (plaintiff ) (he/she) (living soul) must have created and signed an affidavit, aka (sworn complaint) that has a judicial (branch) officer signature with a embroidered seal (stamp) (notarized). THUS: Where is the plaintiff and judicial officers signature and stamp? Not on the ticket! 3) Charging instrument ; The sworn complaint becomes the charging instrument when submitted into the court by the plaintiff (living soul) or by a representative (prosecutor/attorney) with a court received stamp “Filed“ with case #. If there is no charging instrument submitted by the plaintiff (living soul) then there can be no summons issued and there is no case for the court to be tried. THUS: No stamp “Filed” on the ticket! 4) Proper Summons ; A proper summons comes after the complaint is filed into the court, then the Court can create the date/time and the instrument (summons) to bring you into court. The summons is a separate document from the complaint and requires hand written signature of a dually appointed judicial officer, aka (judge) or (head court clerk) of that court. THUS: Where is the summons judicial officers signature on the ticket? 5) Separation of Powers Act ; When the issuing (ticketing) police officer gives you a ticket/citation and shows (tells) you the date too appear in court by his/her own accord, the police officer is in violation of the separation of powers act. The police officer power is from the executive branch, the officer has no judicial powers to create the instrument for a court date & summons for anyone to come into court, only the government judicial branch officer aka Judge or head court clerk of that court can set the time/date and create the instrument (summons). THUS: Ticket/citation is unconstitutional and null & void. 6) Damaged Party ; Who is the damaged party (a living soul)? The plaintiff being the (state of) or (city of) or (county of) is not a living soul. Must be a living flesh/blood soul. 7) Legal Right ; A ticket/citation does not indicate, a violation of a legal right. 8) The police officer is committing perjury ; When the police officer sworn on the ticket and or (incident report), and or in court that you committed a crime/felony and or violation against a fictional plaintiff that is NOT a living flesh/blood soul. a) Violation = Injury, Infringement, Breach of right, Duty, and or Law (Blacks law). b) Crime = A crime is damage to person or property or police witnessed a felony. “Sherar v. Cullen 481 F 945 (1973) ” c) A “Code’ or Statute’ is not a Law,” “(Flournoy v. First Nat. Bank of Shreveport, 197 La. 1067, 3 So.2d 244, 248)” When a police officer sworn that you committed a crime/violation on paper or in court and there is no real damaged party (living soul) the officer just committed perjury, which is a class 4 felony. Also is a violation of the police officers Oath of Office (Breach of officers contract to the people) and also is WARRING AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION (TREASON). Summary: The ticket/citation is really, a Sworn Witness Report by the Police Officer.
