Put your solar panel wire in the other hole you drilled, then you can push more of the wire in so it doesn't show as much. My 2 cents.

Great idea! Next time please have the camera facing the work you are performing ie, drilling holes, attaching the solar panel, etc.

I have seen another video where a similar solar box was made but they used a 12v voltage regulator in line with the setup. Have you encountered any issues with voltage?

I have not! I have a few boxes with bigger solar panels where I put voltage/charge regulators. But I haven’t had any issue with the smaller panels!
