  I cant find small scissors, i use fork instead. Bent one of its arms, then boom... I unlocked my lock picking skills.

  Oh I'm sorry to hear this. Please reverse the direction to bring back to original condition. Also, please use rust lubricant to see if rust is causing the lock to jam!

  I did the same thing opened it with a scissor but now I make new password, then scramble it and go back to the same password and it won't unlock

  I did reset one or two times, it worked. After that it didn't work. So, I've opened the lock and fixed it.
