Did it work? I think the alternator output is not enough to run the driving motor. In addtion, the flywheel size is small. Good Luck!!

Not working yet. I’ve been thinking of a bigger alternator maybe a 400 amp. Also, might remove the flywheel and do a direct drive from motor and alternator to eliminate belts and pulleys. Another thought is going back to a single phase 120v motor to eliminate vfd. A work in progress.

What a clown. Just looking at the video, you can see plenty of power loss in belts and friction as heat and energy losses. There's also the pile of electronics in the inverter, VFD, and motors that take a good chunk of power to transform it to wasted heat energy. There's a reason this bozo has two batteries on this table. One battery is doing the powering and draining away, and the other is to fake being charged to an equilibrium. There's literally noting shown to be useful for "free energy" here. This is actually an energy sucking machine that does nothing at all, but eventually shut off when the batteries go dead. I can't believe the time and effort he put in to this fraudulent video when the basic energy laws exist for a reason and are proven over and over again.

If you’re asking about the problem and why I can’t keep it running is maybe something with the motor drive I’m using. It’ll produce good power and run when plugged into the grid but once I run off the inverter it will fault out drive after it runs for a short time. Drive must be sensitive to the load on the incoming power and errors out. That issue needs to be solved or somehow eliminate the drive and do single phase motor and not three phase. Trial and error.

  • @MichaelMillerEntrepreneur

Let me know if you take the drinks out and can manually run each auger for the drinks. If so, the drinks when loaded are getting stuck not dropping. Which leads to the drop chute switch not getting triggered and you get the message as you mentioned. If you want to go down a rabbit hole this is also caused by not loading change correctly and then nothing even snacks won't dispense unless you have exact change which may not be the case but happens to new machine owners. The machine manual is really good about proper loading of drinks and what parts to use based on different drinks. Let me know if that helps.

One set up I had was the motor with a small pulley to the generator worked the best but still pulled a load not allowing me to also charge the batteries to keep the system going. The large pullet with a gear box had no torque causing my drive to trip immediately. The next set up I’m testing is an alternator to a lower speed motor with more torque to charge batteries and run the inverter. It’s close just need to source a new motor for testing. If the last set up I mentioned works I’ll get more lithium batteries for energy storage and a bigger inverter to run more items and use the alternator to keep the batteries topped off.

Hey Michael, Absolutely Awesome Work; I have been Working with Alternators for a while Now, and There is a Couple of things You can Do, 1.)take the voltage regulator Out of the Alternator, and Buy an External Voltage Regulator, so that You can Control the Field Coil upon start up, so that You Can Control the Torque from the Alternator and That way You can Control the Amp output as well. 2.) Your Output From the alternator NEEDS to Go to a MPPT controller unit for Solar and Wind Control, which Allows You to Define the Output to the Battery Through Your Field Control of the alternator. These 2 Things will Get Rid Of the Torque Slowing Down Your Speed Upon start Up. In My set Up I am Using a 3 to 1 pulley on the two Alternators and running a Third from the Flywheel, I hope this will Help You, I Am about to do a Video on ALL these Details Soon.... • @MichaelMillerEntrepreneur

I’m using an AC Synchronous generator. What I found is the generator requires some torque at full electrical production. This is why most gens require certain HP has motors to run. I’m sourcing a lower rpm electric motor to get torque and still enough speed to drive a HD alternator. The alt will charge batteries and I’ll run off of an inverter.

What if you try experimenting with a generator that doesn't have much torque or a modified motor? Also find generators that dont require a lot of rpm to function. Maybe a DC motor could work. I've heard of people using treadmill DC motors as generators. The motor should have the bigger pulley as you have already done, but maybe experiment with one motor and two generators(with low torque resistance) on the same belt. In theory you can double your power. This is a shot in the dark but maybe have a variable speed dial for the motor to find a sweet spot unless the controller already is capable of doing so. Also it seems like your controller has a safety shut off. But what if you can bypass it or turn the safety off just to test it? It could be a problem of a safety feature that works a little too well.

  • @MichaelMillerEntrepreneur
    @MichaelMillerEntrepreneur Жыл бұрын

Thanks for the reply. I did try going with a smaller generator hopeful it would work better but still required some torque under a load. 10k to a 3.5k wasn't the trick. The larger pulley on the motor believe it or not reduces the motor torque drastically. The thing I haven't tried was a low rpm generator which they make but for larger pto drive styles that go on tractors. Cost was a factor on that experiment. I still need to try a 1800 rpm motor which would give me enough torque to run either the alternator under a load or the 3.5k generator. So close but need to sell some old test items first.

Then in One of your video I saw compressed air tank... I have been visualizing the possibility... If the compressed air is used to drive a mini Tesla air turbine, the turbine connected to may a 2000wat at least generator... If it powers out then the power is connected to the VFD, then the VFD to a 3 phase motor of maybe 1000 - 2000w then from 3 phase motor to drive a much higher 3phase or single phase generator.. if this succeeds then the output power can be connected back to the compressed air tank on automatic recharge but having in mind the psi rate of tanks recharge should he greater than the psi rate used to drive the first stage. So the system can continue by discharging slow but recharge quickly.. is this possible?

Yes,the noise won't be a problem if it works, the system can be padded in an enclosure.. the major problems are two..one the RPM of from the Tesla turbine seem to be always increasing,so a bar with spring attached putting soft contact on the rod from the turbine is need to achieve a constant RPM..2: and if this happens the a ratio belt 1:3 at least has to be used before the motor with the VFD and the generator it drives.. so that Force lost from the RPM control system is gained from the ratio to maximize output ..I can't wait to see it works.. one love brother

Put one extra car dynamo to charge the battery that feeds the motor and the second to charge the battery on the inverter. Greetings to you

A for effort and did you calculate the proper pulley sizes to get correct alternator rpm and 15 volts out to battery. A three hp motor should do it.

I did calculate pulley sizes and speeds. I also have a rpm meter to measure my calculations in real world. Looking to source a 1800rpm 3hp motor that has double if not triple the torque as the 3500 rpm motor. The car alternator doesn’t require as much speed bit more torque. I wonder if a dc motor has more torque.

PUT BIGGER PULLEY ON GEN TO SLOW SPEED DOWN TO 75 VOLT OR SO ,TO HAVE MORE CONSTANT TORQUE. NOW RUN GEN OUTLET INTO STEP UP TRANSFORMER TO GET YOUR VOLTAGE BACK UP AND NOW YOU CAN POWER STUFF. having more torque and voltage, and a 35-50 lb fly wheel would help.

You need a large and heavy flywheel to help

Thanks for the advice. Trying to get around using a flywheel if possible.
