Just bought mine 2 days ago at Walmart $39. I thought this was supposed to either heat up to the temperature or you put your coffee go down to the temperature and as it drops it supposed to kick on heat it back up kicks off on and off on and off but mine when it hits the temperature stays on for 10 minutes and then goes to standby and stops Heating until I turn it back on

I had the same problem, I torque the screws the best I could, but what finally worked is a put silicone spray across that bottom bar and now they slide great 👍🏼

Not being a smarta$$, but did you try to tighten the wheel nut when you noticed the play? Mine wasn't that way, but that's what it looks like to me. Maybe the servo horn is loose, too. Don't get me wrong, it should be better out of the box, but the factory workers don't get paid extra for doing a good job with assembly. : )
@SparePartsRC6 ай бұрын
Yea was first thing I checked. I noticed they are not all like this out of the box but seems after a few runs they end up like this. I have looked at a few more of them and have found some the bearings are loose in one spot but rotate the tire and it tightens up.
@Cranklotus6 ай бұрын
So youre saying its no good? What would you buy instead from the scx10 line? Thanks.
@SparePartsRC6 ай бұрын
It’s disappointing that there is so much play in the bearings when others don’t have this issue. It seems this issue is variable. Some have less slop than others. Maybe some quality bearings would help. And a shock change can solve most the other complaints I have. So all in all I should have said its a decent truck with some fixable issues. On a side note: the scx pro has same bearing problems in front axle.
@Cranklotus6 ай бұрын
@@SparePartsRC ordered one, thanks! Bearings are do-able. Any brands you recommend? What about for some nice 90mm shocks? Have you ever used the scale ones from rc4wd are they as functional as they look.
@SparePartsRC6 ай бұрын
Personally never had luck with Rc4wd shock myself but others have had good luck with them. I have herd good things about traxxas shocks working on them.on my early bronco I have limited the shocks internally and put a more positive offset wheel on it and it seems to have helped stability. I have not tried any different bearings myself but couple options would be fast eddy’s or boca bearing.
