  Slow the speed down, at the top of screen you will see the last button that looks like a gear, tap on that and slow video to 75% or slower! I do this a lot cuz I’m hard of hearing! Hope this helps you.

  That's a good question. They're a plastic connector used on some lanyards. We think you'll understand when you see them! Here's an example: www.paracordplanet.com/breakaway-pop-barrel-connectors-multiple-colors/.

  Could i suggest threading the nylon the opposite way so its on the inside rather than hanging around on the outside
