It's something we can imagine to improve our sound and audio details with the Dolby Sound System and with Atmos!, to remember the 1984 McDonald's Commercial with Ronald and Grimace. I think we'll gonna make sure to anti-trust the sounds and a video for a better old-to-new experienced quality to watch it like old movie theaters or something!? idk!. enjoy the 1984 commercial like a man! not just a kid!!......

I lived through the 80's and 90's in Toronto. The end of the 80's was truly great time to be in that city: clean, bright, colourful city and people, and the entire country was coming into its peak period, no politics, etc.

Times have changed. Cheap children's toys use PCM all the time nowadays (it's the same technology used for WAV files and most samplers, which plots the waveform as a numeric graph). They used to give toys with simple PCM circuitry away with your happy meal. It wasn't too long ago when that was the exclusive domain of the $60000 Fairlight music computer. I doubt your average kid in the 80s or today could tell you what PCM was, or convince their parents that it's anything other than a marketing gimmick lol. But hey, you could finally make 80s music in your bedroom if you don't mind the lack of reverb which gives these samples oomph in the commercial! The professional studio likely also had some decent EQs and FET compressors, something you won't have at home for another 30 years until computers get better! Nowadays, even people who aren't into making digital music carry around machines with shovelware that can somewhat imitate stock 80s instrumentals. And you can download most of the samples and FM DX7 presets for FREE online, on sites like Musical Artifacts. This is where it all began. But man, this commercial sets the expectation really high. The "professional studio" is doing a lot of the heavy lifting! Still a cool consumer retro synth.

Pretty crazy that they shook hands with Chris Chelios in 1989 and then I got to witness him again in person shaking hands with the Flames team in 2004 after he lost another series.

Curious to see a signoff "slide" with no call letters for the station - simply a generic "good night." Can't recall any other signoff doing that.

I wish they would’ve kept the company set it feels like a place that I could actually eat at. It always felt like a place where me and my friends could just hang out and just talk amongst ourselves it was definitely one of if not the best restaurant in soaps with the exception of Mary’s place over on another world both Mary’s and company were definitely places where I could spend some time or even work at. I could never for some reason get into coopers diner it just didn’t have that same feel that company had. even the metro court over on general hospital isn’t really all that IMO. 2 guardino over on the bold and the beautiful I could probably hang out at. The athletic club on the young and the restless looks pretty decent I could probably get a room there and maybe eat at the top of the tower. I liked both of Felicas. Restaurant both the north woods inn along with tops on AW along with the Brady pub on days of our lives which is ok. Rodis bar on one life to live I also liked a lot . But company along with Mary’s will always be my top two places to just sit and relax
