I guarantee nobody is moving there on purpose. 😂 the percentage of homeless people in California that are veterans or mentally unstable is minute compared to the percentage that are homeless by choice, due to the fact that the state enables them and feeds them. Why would you want to get a job and be a productive member of society if the state will pay you to live in a tent? It's not "taking care of them" it's creating a worse problem.
