That's so wonderful to see you utilising a small space to earn a living. Here in New Zealand, our food prices and property prices are insane. A ten acre block in rural Canterbury is $800k, and the region has harsh winds and strong UV rays, both of which damage crops. As a result, the cost of fresh produce at the supermarket is high. Finding smaller blocks of land is difficult because the government has strict rules in my area about not subdividing 10 acre blocks into smaller bits of land that others can buy and use to grow crops.

Quite a derivative/trite setup, to be quite frank. Every single one of you KZread market gardeners are all copying each other, so banal and vapid. You grow salanova lettuce, you use paper pot transplanters, you grow tomatoes in Farmers Friends Tunnels up strings, you espouse the pseudoscientific benefits of no-till, while using a broadfork, which is actually just a really inefficient way to till. I dunno man, show me something original and maybe I'll give you a sub. As of now your setup just looks like a dumbed down version of what Curtis Stone failed at doing ten years ago.

Looking at the produce in the beds paying rent is a great way to look at it. Seems like you could set a goal for the rent, track the rev, and then at the end of the season or bed flip track how it did. Awesome farm!
