En Cuba solo lo vendian en las Navidades y yo siempre hacia a mi mami comprarme muchas barritas para tenerlo todo el tiempo. Venian en unas cajitas de madera. A proposito usted es muy agradable y tiene mucha simpatia ante la camara. He quedado enamorado de su sonrisa. Gracias de nuevo.

It'a pity yo did not add a few seconds more of video showing the results of the 24h in fridge. I wonder if your super-easy recipe results in something with the unique texture of the Jiona turron: hard but brittle and smooth in the mouth.
Hola Marco, Thank you for your comment. You are right I should have done that! To be honest the Turron was delicious but it was not the perfect texture as the original Jijona turron.
Despite ingredients are few, many recepies suggest different paths.. ..but still how to get to THAT texture is a mystery (to me). Lukily making new attempts is so sweet! ;-)

Hi David, when you have many excellent reviews on tripadvisor you can receive the certificate. You will get an email from tripadvisor with the certificate once a year if you have earned it ;)

Hij was erg lekker...heb de olijfolie wat verdund met rice bran oil omdat die een neutrale smaak heeft. Heerlijk.
Ja dat kan goed! Soms gebruik ik ook archide olie erbij of zonnebloem olie. Maar meestal ga ik voor een olijfolie die niet te sterk van smaak is... Hier in Spanje hebben we een ruim aanbod aan olijfolie ;)

LOVE the colors and was that ceviche??? Looked yummy. Texas is very dry and kind of brown in August and very hot. Watching this I could almost feel the water. Is this a vacation? Scuba diving yesterday and beachy restaurant today...if it is looks like a fun one!
This is about 1 hour south of my hometown Valencia (also at the beach) and I am often spending a weekend there ;) I love love love Ceviche! But this was a Tuna tartare with avocado and mango very very jummie!

Scuba diving is so much fun! I used a Gopro for the underwater filming, but for the other #SSSVEDA vlogs I used my Iphone, I think the sound is better. But maybe it is just me not understanding how to take advantage of a #gopro ;)
