  Jonathon, keep in mind that a lot of rideshare drivers wear a wireless ear bugs during on and off rides. This is a terms of service violation that could deactivate the driver from the platform. I was a rideshare driver for eight years and I found out the hard way. New drivers are looking at their cell phone too much. I do not understand why attorneys are not checking internet calling plans on these Rideshare drivers that causing these accidents. Larry

  I just had accident yesterday at T. My speed was 13-14 I was just trying to go left. Their was no car behind forward nowhere I have left light and everything and all of sudden somebody was coming their over speed for sure. She had baby on car. I’m don’t really know what to do after police arrived they hand us report number and I called her insurance company but I don’t what to do now? Could you please help me . Thanks!

  You (correctly) raise the issue that the shared video is just a "snippet." More formally, a very brief sample of a much larger experience whuch may not be representative. However, other evidence including medical opinions, reports from other professionals, like physiotherapists are also "snippets." To be fair, insurance companies have to protect the interests of their shareholders and the public who have to pay premiums just as the have to pay taxes.

  Dude get the hell out of here that all cap 🤔 KZread if you got health insurance like Medi-Cal, Medicaid, Red Cross, they will only pay $500 for $5,000 hospital bill/medical expenses There's still $4,500 left over from the settlement, that's money in your pocket and not the attorney and this is what he's not telling you viewers who's not aware 🤔

  Had this happen to me tonight. Was embarrassed to have to call the police for a minor accident. 78 year old man T’d me as I was pulling into a restaurant parking lot off of a major thoroughfare. His 23 year old grand daughter convinced him he was not at fault and didn’t have to exchange information. Spent 10 minutes telling them it didn’t matter at that point who was at fault, that we had to exchange information, and being told I was a liar. Showed the cops my dash cam video and they instantly said they needed to give me information. They didn’t want to pronounce fault, but said keep the video in case they wanted to file against me. Entire thing went on for 30 minutes.

  Just remember, it is legal to video from a public place. You have the same rights. If you can see it from the public place, you can film it. So it will not help your case if you go nuts trying to get them to stop.

  Peopl now aday received lesser shooting in them home in them bed and they died as a result to he art attacks while the true video camera said the were shot by lesser Sutton light Remotes from closer units to them .

  No way they offer that much for bulges or herniations with only chiro care and MRIs. Hello no--not 4 yrs ago and not now. Not unless you take it to the eve of trial and have significant impact/damage to your car; and by that time your fees and costs will discount a 30K offer in half.

  Attorneys, thank you for a great video. Fantastic information and understandable. Question: What is the reason an insurance company through its attorneys requests a summary judgment? Does it strengthen the plaintiff's case when the judge denies the defense attorneys request for summary judgment? Are they trying to have the case dismissed or thrown out because they don't want a jury to hear the case? Thanks for your help.

  Thank you for an informative and useful video. I have believed for years that insurance companies definitely pay a P.I. to surveil plaintiffs, especially in multimillion dollar lawsuits, and in cases that they categorize as potential fraudulent actors. I also believe they will hire a P.I. with the hopes of "obtaining" evidence to twist for their benefits during the trial. Even though insurance companies and defense attorneys are human beings, their general intent is not to benefit a badly injured plaintiff!

  ​@@Theworldisaplushplace call agents supervisor/manager, then call and back up with written email. Put everything in writing. Bring them back out to look and secret video record them. Have them circle the policy you you have printed on video your questions and why they are not paying....it's a dirty game, be ready with every trick in the book

  Unsure if you still maintain this account, but as a quick recap, the insurance companies would prefer you wait until you actually file a claim before they decide to pay out for the surgery, right? This logically makes sense, because then it is documented under law, but I'm just double checking. But I am confused, if a lawsuit is filed anyway, why would it matter if they got the surgery before or after the case was filed? What about in cases where the surgery was an emergency and they didn't have time to file the case? How would that case be handled?

  My wife was rear ended by a man on duty, in a company truck. A year prior to this she herniated her disk requiring surgery and physical therapy, she has before(injured) and after(repaired) x rays from her surgeon. When she was rear ended recently, it herniated the same disk, it will require surgery(she went through the pt, injections, and epidural, still has nerve pain) what kind of claim can she possible see with something like this? She was offered 15k, we declined and are lawyering up. We have small kids that she can’t pick up, she is a teacher and coach, it has severely affected her occupation because of the pain. She is gaining weight(can’t exercise), and has severe anxiety over it. Thanks you.
