Pretty neat shot. Bet the engineer was laughing. It does show two things though: Nick, sorry buddy, doesn't know what the word COLLISION means. And the people on the train platform are too stupid to get out of the way. Betcha if one of them got injured, they'd sue the train company, the owner of the train platform, and the municipality for not having warnings that a higher speed train hitting snow could be hazardous. Egad.

Those people on the platform must be the dumbest on earth. The one nearest the camera just stands there almost until she's hit by the snow when it was obvious to any normal person what was going to happen. Thick as mince 🤦♂️

This actually looks pretty dangerous. That snow had some weight and was moving fast and it would be like being hit by a brick wall. Was anybody hurt? Or killed?

Why has no one told them to stay back further than the yellow line? Why hasn't the snow been cleared? Why is the train coming past at speed if there is snow at the station? Blame the waiting passengers all you want, but it seems like a bizarre lack of communication from any of the officials who should know better.

When a tsunami approaches the seashore, the water first moves away from the shore and only after 10 - 20 seconds does the wave roll onto the shore. Filming a tsunami shows that not all people start running away from the shore when the wave recedes. The same thing happens with a train in deep snow.

Just realised now..the ones who stayed put were all trying to film it on their phones! People seeing life through a phone screen, “it’s not real, so it won’t affect me.” That’s how we got the footage!

What’s really odd is that the passengers on the platform were standing right by deep snow, watched it bear down on them, but didn’t seem to compute what was about to take place or take evasive action.😂

Im now happy with trimet in Portland Oregon 😅
I like trains
70 million people voted for a rapist/convicted felon. I'm not surprised to see this level of stupidity
What was dumber...not stepping back on the platform or the ruined cell phones?
Filming or even standing this close to the train in those conditions is incredibly dangerous.
Huddi bu hamma uchun oddiy "xol va yoqayotgandek"...?!😅
2050........🗿
Now they're all dead. Snow is not playing games.
Those people are clueless.
Кайфонули?)))
this is why you have a slow motion video setting on your phone.
You could see it coming, time to stand well back, regular train travel tells you that. Typical of those who think the now will not bother them.
