    I wonder why my bread's insides are brown after baking and not white like the video.. I used a loaf pan with lid on does that matter? or maybe it's my bread flour quality 🤔 still very delicious tho my fam loved it! now we don't buy bread anymore and I get a good workout kneading dough 😂

    풀탕종만들때 열에 익히는 과정에서 수분증발 손실분이 생기잖아요.반죽탕종도 물을 가열할때 손실분이 생기는데 허용치가 얼마까지인가요

    Technically it is a white bread but Japanese(although the name is more Chinese than Japanese but that is to remonge the dark Japanese past); ( bread and 8hrs of elaboration ( with so many reposts and beloved). Or not ?

    Recipe: 240g bread flour 20g sugar 4g salt 2g dry yeast (Mix it using kneader) Add 140g lukewarm water (Start kneading:low speed 3 mins, medium speed 15 mins) First Rest 30 mins Divide to 6 pcs (65g) Rounding Rest Again 20 mins Flatten, roll and shape it into donut Rest again 30 mins Boiling water and add 1 tbs sugar Put the bagel in (10 sec each side) Bake 200•c 15 mins Final step: just buy readymade bagel at regular store😊

    보관은 다 만들고 냉동보관하면 될까요? 아님 저온숙성거치고 분할해서 냉동보관하구 먹을때 발효시키고 구우는게 좋을까요~~~???
