Thanks for your message! When you specify the path for the HLS stream output in the streaming section of Xplayout, in this case c:\HLS\mystream.m3u8, Xplayout will create video chunks in .TS and the m38u playlist in the c:\HLS folder. Hope this will help you, thank you again!

Unfortunately, Axel is not even a competitor to proven brands in terms of software. Using a Oxygen mixer for the last year all I can tell you is that it feels like it has been hacked in a garage software wise, and a digital mixer is software centric. Support is equally awful, you cannot rely on the support when you have a radio station and need to have 24/7 relaiability. I am sure the people working on this are passionate, but they dont have the experience to compete in this market. I truthfully regret my decision to go with Axel, and they have proven to myself that if the price is too good there is a catch. Edit: We already received a replacement after just 3 months. This has been 2 months ago and we are now again having issues that may need a replacement

In the new update, I have an issue with connecting the channels to the correct Dante channel. It seems to have disappeared within the new firmware.

Hello, I recently purchased a Falcón 7 for my radio. I'm impressed with the sound quality (better than the Orban) I have two questions about this equipment. I notice a slight delay in the microphone (I don't dislike it) is this normal? Does streaming not accept the Shoutcast protocol? Thanks Pedro Costa
Thank you for your message! Yes, the slight delay is normal cause the processing takes around 60 msec. For as far as concerns the streaming, Falcon X7 accepts Icecast. Thank you again!

I use the regular Oxygen 3000 in our studio now for 2 years. It’s a great console, but there is still one major function missing. Using the desk standalone, we should be able to load jingles in the internal system, to trigger during broadcast. Now it’s only available on an external PC: That’s a terrible solution for our studio. Please please please: make it possible to load some mp3 jingles via USB and trigger them from the available buttons. ❤
