  The NIF (Número de Identificação Fiscal) is the Portugal taxpayer identification number. It can be used for opening a bank account, registering a business, renting a property.... You can get it in person at the Portugal Tax Office or online.

  Yes, you're right. The 2023 monthly minimum wage is €760, so the new monthly income requirement is €3,040. You can apply for the NHR (Non-Habitual Resident) tax status for the following benefits: -No taxes to pay on foreign income -20% tax to pay on income earned in Portugal (compared to up to 48% income tax) Yes, you will be able to set up a bank account but you will need to get a NIF number first (Tax Identification Number) .

  "A Health(Medical) insurance with UAE coverage" is required, so if your company's international insurance has UAE coverage then it should be ok. For accommodation plans, provide an address of where you are staying and rental agreements if any. And yes, you need to provide a 1-year employee contract to show them you are with a company.   @@somiarasheed3401 for Dubai its was 3500 when introduce but now they considers 5000 for application. also depend on you salary structure and company structure too. For other Emirates its 5000USD the Private and Free Zone may consider 3500

  This visa is for Dubai only. For Sharjah, you might be able to apply for the "UAE Virtual Work Residency Permit". You will be able to find the $3500 info in the "Requirements" section of the application form.   Thank you so much. You must live in Portugal for more than 183 days (doesn’t need to be consecutive) within a 12-month period to be eligible. Or live in Portugal for less than 183 days if you have bought property in Portugal during those 12 months.
