Hi, my name is Joshua Waters, and welcome to the channel! Here you will find behind the scenes content related to my workshop, including, but not limited to, longer form shop update videos, tool review/setup/unboxing videos, trick tips, tutorials and more.
I have been working with metal for nearly 4 years now and started selling my items soon after getting into the craft. I love making things, learning about everything, and teaching others about those things. I'm a mostly self taught woodworker, metalworker, tinkerer, and self proclaimed weapon geek. I see life as a challenge, and I approach everything with a passionate desire to become competent at whatever is set before me.
This is one of the 3 KZread channels I run for my various passions. These inlude "SharpshooterJD", "Joshsblacksmithshop", and "Josh's Workshop". Feel free to check them out on the right hand side of your screen.

How do you keep the fan blade from loosening up? Mines blade was all loose when I took it out this year good thing I noticed or someone could’ve seriously gotten hurt the design is really stupid why didn’t they make it screw all the way in securely
i need one for my bedroom
This video is not for the fan that’s available for purchase. 👎🏾
Record time 😅
My front yard uses these big industrial pedestal fans and my school uses the wall ones
That's big ass I haven't seen men😮
WOW 😮❤❤

This will be perfect in my bedroom
This type of fan is perfect for the hot summer season
I had that fan is so insane!
I’ve had this fan in my garage for 2 yrs now. It stays on non stop and it has never failed. I have it ventilating the garage on lowest setting and it blows a lot of air I highly recommend it. I paid $119 with coupon I think. You can’t beat that

Whoa ... That was basic .. in a good way! I literally watched this video and felt like .... yep ... no question on difficulty! Only thing I wish you had done was show the angles it will adjust in. I bought two of them to use to help dry out a wall and ceiling. They're still in the box until needed.
I like that it is relatively quiet for how much air it moves. kzread.infoUgkxmj9RYGCX25BElHkuWjHec-2_muyUGyCm Was easy to put together. Note: The spindle cap is threaded backwards to keep it from spinning off during use, so remember to turn it the "other way". I also like that the lights, which are quite bright, turn off after a few moments so they do not bother me at night. The remote has to be aimed just right, but does work.
Thank you, Josh! I was balling my eyes out trying to figure it out until I saw your easy video😂
These go on sale for $99.99 starting august 14th. Looks like a POS though from some of the bad reviews.
Where did you see that add at?
@@GENX80. it was on an in store flyer for a parking lot sale starting the same date.
I really dont like all the reviews saying the motor runs super hot. They shouldnt do that.
@@johnlucier5654 just get a fan for your fan lol
@@GENX80. i bought one anyway. Motor doesnt get hot. Most of the hardware is crap tho. Kind of crude manufacturing hope it lasts awhile. Worth $100 I guess, no more no less.
Those blades going to be banned a little bit more so it would be a little bit quieter, but a lot more airflow
I've had their big shop fan 8 yrs now stuff going and its been left in the back of my truck in rain and everything as a contractor it got used constantly.
Thank You for this video! I purchased a similar fan & watching you put yours together helped a lot.
Wow! You had that assembled in 5 minutes. It took me one hour or more.
I guess I need more muscle to tighten. The blade keeps sliding back & makes horrendous noise until I shut off.
It get hot in the summer at stabb
Thanks

After about 3.5 years, how is the fan working now? Asking because you mentioned it likely won't last forever.
It's still working fine! I don't use it all that often though
Looks like it’s gone up 60$

My uncle has this fan in his garage
Thx for the video. Is it too loud and too strong for a living room? (Even on low setting)?
@Philippe Louis I bought one to use while sleeping. It's pretty loud. Not at all quite but that's part of why I bought it.
Yeah it will be
Definetly meant more for a shop/garage/barn etc
Your video is 3 years old so how is the fan today? Still as good?
Still works great, granted I don't use it all that often, but when I do it does it's job
I can’t stop laughing! The fast forward is hysterical. Thanks for showing what needs to be done - didn’t think it would be that much “assembly required” ☹️
Motor runs very hot after a few minutes use. Those who have had these for awhile is this normal ? I know the instructions say it runs hot, but the housing is very hot to touch. Does your motors on this fan run hot ? If they do how long have your fans lasted ? I want to be sure i dont have a motor thats a dud and craps out on me after warrenty is over. Anyone that can respond your input is appreciated. Thanxs.
Just nope!
