    A little disappointing I know 👍 2005 and 2006 SS came with either a 2.4 l engine manual or automatic, or a 2.0 supercharged manual only 👍

    2007,08,09 and 10 SS only came with 2.0 manual, to get a 2.4 l engine with an automatic you had to get a Chevy Cobalt sport 👍

    Does the door need a complete disassembly in order to access/replace the door lock actuator?

    No, you don't have to disassemble the whole door. I have a video removing the door last mechanism which has the lock actuator built in 👍 kzread.info/dash/bejne/dmqdycRmf8atmpc.html

    There is a jump start location under the hood. On the fuse box with a red cover is a post you hook the positive cable up to and hook the negative cable to the shock Tower there is a sticker that shows you where it goes. Look in your owner's manual it'll show you exactly how to do it 👍👍👍👍 If you Google search it it'll give you pictures as well

Question is it easy to fix the trunk key ( where you put the key to open the trunk ) or where can I get a new 1. Man its awesome you can find all these cars in your junk yards down here it SUCKS or they want KING KONGS BALLS for every thing. I need a hub cap just 1 & they want 60 or 80 bucks for not going to happen.

    Also after making a turn if it doesn’t cancel itself out back to normal it could be a clock spring. Only reason I know that is because I had switched my entire steering wheels setup and it deleted the clock spring so you will lose the self returning feature because the clock spring tells the car where the steering wheel is positioned at least from what I’ve gathered from it.

    Do you mind sharing how to check the oil level. The way I do is to check first in the morning before starting it shows to the full mark. But according to the manual it says to warm up the car and let it sit for 10 min and check the oil level on a level ground. But if I do that it shows me the level is low by half a quart. I’m so confused. And scared of overfilling it. I hope you could share some light. As you’re very experienced with eco tech engines . Thanks

  • @1020autorebuild
    @1020autorebuild23 күн бұрын

    The best way I have found to check your oil on a regular basis the right way is to check your oil when you get gas ⛽ Every time you get gas ( it only takes a minute) gas station pumps are on level ground 👍oil is warm 👍 Fill up your gas (time for oil to settle) Then check your oil ( paper towels at pump) Oil is available at most gas station if you need some
