why didn't you use the rear drain plug... and fill from under the cab?

Hello Ive got an 863 which would be similar. Is there a drain plug on the bottom of the gear case? I have a leak on the bottom and wonder if thats a drain plate that needs to be be resealed.

That plate is just an access point to the rear drain point. I believe there is a rubber plug actually on the back of the chain case. That is what hold back the oil, not the plate.

Are those black rails steel ? Does the 5032 use a 1 1/2 inch blade ? Is there a factory 22 horse twin available for the 5032 ? Thanks in advance.

so what i do to suck fluid like that is take a 5 gal bucket with a lid and drill a hole for a piece of 1/2" rubber line to fit in tightly.. then take my shop vac and put it over the spot in the lid and suck fluid out that way it works awesome.

Looks a lot like my green one. I hope you have years of enjoyment with it. I could mill all day but then I need to have an even place to sticker and dry the lumber.

you said it best, milling it is just the start! Thanks for watching

Thanks for the how to video. From what you know, how do the chains get power from the drive motors and deliver to the wheels? Is there a hydraulic motor for each wheel and a chain / sprocket for each wheel?

Great video. Your machine is so clean. I gotta do the same thing to my 763. Thanks for the informative video. ( I’m not Rich btw. He’s just a good friend of mine). Thank you 👍👍

Good job! What paint code do the white and orange paint have?
@ppezzop Жыл бұрын
Since I used Bobcat Brand Paint, I'm not sure as they dont share the codes with you. If you look on some forums, you can find people that get close.

I can't believe how high the height adjust crank is. This is the first sawmill assembly video I have seen where a step ladder was used.

I did a modified version from this build video. kzread.info/dash/bejne/c4F7sK2sn8jedNo.html Just a bottle with a fitting put in bottom, run to small diameter hose with an inline tap to regulate flow. Attach end of hose to provide lube directly to end-sprocket / chain. Video outlines it all better than this bit of text.

Cool vid, the place I got to climb had a slit wall, it is like a 2 story set of panels with a 2 inch gap and the walls are like 35 degree angles from each other and you kinda shimmy your way up the wall, it's very fun!
