    They are, they anchor platforms and weigh 100 tons or more each. Rigs may have 10 or more anchors each. 😊

    I pull my anchor by hand one arm that is, as that’s all I have since I was 21 years old. 27 pound plus chain, this I do multiple times some days to keep out of the weather and other things, turning 57 this year and so called good arm is not so good these days, bloody well worn out I think!😂
