  It looks like they did a clear cut of the property, then they built the house no trees around it. It’s just sits there other than that it’s a beautiful house. I would change some things in it if I were the owner how much land you get with the property is it just that clear-cut area that’s part of it or what?

  Given how many fires they have had up in that area around Marcola clearing that much space around the house strikes me as smart. I do, however, agree that that much bare ground around such a beautiful home does look bad but I am sure whoever buys that house will find ways to make it look better.

  This makes me want to cry we were forced out of this home in 2017 because the landlord let the house foreclose. We got approved for a loan 1 week after there was a offer out on the home. So we had to buy a crappy place without a shop a couple streets away. I had a woodworking business in the shop now that we don’t have room at the new house I have had to close my business until I can find a place with enough room for me to build again.

  Wow! This home is absolutely Stunning! Breathtaking ocean view! Gorgeous home with quality features. I especially love the 2nd living quarters, the privacy and huge detached shop plus attached 3 car garage! One other home nearby in Smith River CA, smaller square footage similar view recently sold for over $1.2 million.
