New Jersey has produced many great musicians. Bruce Springsteen is the first that comes to mind, and of course there's always Francis Albert. But for my money, Pat DiNizio was the best of the bunch.

If the 60's could be reincarnated into an 80's band, this is it. Bass lines so chunky you can cut them with a fork, passionate DiNizio vocals and lyrics that never brought the word 'filler' into a conversation. This band should have had more recognition.

It is an extremely beautifully warm evening here in Northern California... But f*** that !!!! What I wouldn't give to be back in the 1980s out of little club in Bloomfield New Jersey called the dirt club where every month or so these guys would swing through and play.
