  You're right, it's more a psychological thing for the .25 increase, and that will probably affect a lot of demand, It seems like more is to come and prices could start decreasing again. Better for sellers to try to sell while there is still some demand with the locked in rates, buyers will probably start holding off again and with more inventory and less demand, prices will probably start to decline again. I will wait as it seems a very dangerous time to buy with all this uncertainty, especially when the recession hits and unemployment rises as BOC is trying to do.

This building went up about a year ago if im not mistaken? so my question is, what would a unit of this size&finish go for Pre-con? lets say i purchased it years ago once the development was announced.
