    Somali is a language is not a bloodline. The language was created in Ethiopia. Many who call themselves Somali arrived only after Islam. The original somali is called Dir. All others have learned the language and not genetically related. The western powers use these late arrivals to attempt to destroy Ethiopia. A state civilization which create the language itself. Las Geel and Mogadishu have nothing in common. Stop making up lies.

    Housing demand amongst midlle class population is real. But there is no support from government side to regulate property loan policy. Private banks are free to apply interest rates going up to 15%. And that is the major access barrier to property in Ivory Coast.

    Many thanks for your comment! You are absolutely right, the government needs to regulate banking activities, including banks accounts opening and property loans.

    Section8 is no good for landlord for the following reasons: 1. 90% of the tenants are trash 2. Tenants destroy the apartments and landlord has to keep fixing them because otherwise the apartments does not pass inspection. In section8's eye it is always landlords' fault no matter what 3. The landlords has not recourse to evict the tenants 4. The tenants lot of time do not pay their share of rent and get away with it because it is very hard if not impossble get the tenants out 5. The house value goes down because the apartment is destroyed and also because the tenants can not be evicted, the sell value of the house is below market value. 6. Your neighbors do not like section8 tenants because they have attitude. 7. The landlords end up spending lot of money to bring the apartments to the living standard 8. Rent increase is not guaranteed and it does not increase with the market standard. So after long time, say 10 years, the rent is way off the market rate. So the landlord loose 9. In this tight rental market, you better off getting a non section8 tenants

  • @Perspectivesbyme
    @Perspectivesbyme5 ай бұрын

    Thank you for your comment, it is much appreciated! I do agree, section 8 is beneficial for the tenants but it’s not good for the landlord. The government implements measures to assist “the have not” with the landlord’s money.

    Section 8 is government socialist theft as so many people have to work hard only to have our money taken by force by the government and handed over to people who haven't given anything in return. This turns me into their slave or their victim.
