Lynn's Kitchen

Lynn's Kitchen

Hi. My name is Lynette Hammond, over the years, I've watched my mom cook many different recipes. In this channel I will feature a lot of her recipes with a Lynn's twist along with some of the recipes I have learned over the years.

I respect the fact of your tradition but, consider the fact that it still has a smell of a little poop 💩 shows that it has not gone away completely. Also your eating the area that was produced to pass poop through. Lets just do a little better being logical. You do seem sweet. I just thinking maybe wht type of health problems such as high bp ❤

Good looking , but I will tell you , there will be NO poop in these Chitterlings. You have to understand the process. These Chitterlings are washed rinsed cleaned at least 10-15 times. Before washing, each piece is inspected and cleaned and the membranes is taken out of each piece. So nope No poop. You have to take in consideration that this is not a meal that she eats all the time. Only during Thanksgiving time which is once a year. She checks her BP daily and it's good. So again Nope No poop. Merry Christmas to you and your family

Everyone has a personality. Some people are shy. Some people say little. Some people talk. This is what makes the world go round. My wife and her whole family are talkers. IF you are irritated by her being her and you want her to be someone else, it's not going to happen. This is who she is, if you are that irritated go to another channel that is teaching this method. You don't have to watch. Question Has anyone told you to change who you are and you did it? We must allow people to be who they are as long as they are not doing any harm. You STOP being so insensitive and learn to get to know people. We are not all the same.

My thing is white folks have now learned how to cook the shit they threw out at us. And you can't get them now because unless you pay $28.99 for 5 pounds. This ain't good! It's horrible.

I did 5lbs a couple days after Father's Day and another bag on August 5, this year. 10lbs no way that I could stand up that long to clean and wash them. This morning I started at 11:45am and was finished at 3:30pm. And I was glad when I was finished. I had none in so many years so I decided to do it when I felt good to do it. It's a job and you want to do it right and at a time when you really want to clean and wash them. I love chitterlings raised off of it as a child when was living in the Country. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Grandma Lynn!! It took me a minute to see this one, and I loved it! I especially appreciated the corn bread section. I have never done cornbread. I have since done from the package to muffins, and have now done them in my tiny cast iron! For my family, I did your ribs, corn bread muffins, and caesar salad. Thank you so much for letting us spend time in your kitchen with you. You are very much appreciated for your food, and loved for your chats and message during an episode.
