  Nice. A little more attention is needed on hand heights once the seat starts moving forward, but the drive phase looks good.

  The cox needs to do much, much more to sort out the balance coming forwards, or there is no point in doing the exercise. The boat should be level at all times. And if, at the pause, the oat is not level, the cox should not call the crew to come forwards until they have adjusted the balance so that it is level. Good luck.

  We never rowed without clothing. Even if it was hot outside. It would harm your spine and kindneys.
