    @nabinkarna7365 Hi!. The sequence there doesn't mean the actual rating since we assume every software has its own pros and cons, depending on the user and purpose, so it's subjective. Anyway, thanks for watching this video 😉😀

    You are missing a number of CFD software offerings that are better than some that you have identified in your video. A particular one that comes to mind is Simerics-MP. As well, at least two of the solutions you list are just not that good as they are at the lower end of the scale. Unless you have done some extensive research, which you have not, and/or are very knowledgeable, which is does not seem you are, you shouldn't list as "8 Best" or even "8 Best" that people commonly use. No malice meant - just be careful.

  • @voelabs
    @voelabsАй бұрын

    Wow, thanks for your feedback. That Simetrics -MP was out of my radar. It seems pretty good...😉 Maybe I should change the video title to 9 Best CFD software instead(?) Let's pin this comment so everyone knows the update👍

    Would you please clarify the differences between all types of AutoCAD programs ie LT , mechanical etc ?

  • @voelabs
    @voelabs10 ай бұрын

    Ok, so here is the explantion: AutoCAD Electrical : For electrical design tasks, including schematic drawings, panel layouts, and generating reports. AutoCAD MEP: For mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design, enabling creation and management of complex building systems. AutoCAD Architecture : For architectural design, providing tools for creating floor plans, elevations, sections, and more. AutoCAD Map 3D (WINDOWS): Geospatial mapping and GIS (Geographic Information System) software for designing and managing geographic data. AutoCAD Mechanical : For mechanical engineering tasks, offering tools for creating 2D and 3D mechanical designs. AutoCAD Plant 3D : For plant and piping design, facilitating the creation of process and instrumentation diagrams, as well as 3D models of industrial plants. AutoCAD Raster Design : For editing and manipulation of raster images (bitmap graphics) within the AutoCAD environment. And about AutoCAD LT, it is a lighter, more streamlined version of the full AutoCAD software. It provides essential 2D drafting and detailing tools, suitable for those who primarily work with 2D designs and do not require the advanced 3D modeling capabilities of the full AutoCAD software

    @@fernandolk4536 Yes, it's an open source software and it can be improved, you can check these links: forum.freecad.org/viewforum.php?f=10&sid=c92d9e120ab31536da1dc86f3bdf3b58 github.com/freecad/freecad

    Fingers crossed that version 1.0 makes it this year. It is expected to mitigate the Topological Naming Problem (which isn't really a unique OpenCascade kernel issue but something all CAD programs had to solve), an "official" assembly workbench etc. So worth to keep an eye on it! Biggest benefit: No cloud service that could disappear, no subscription costs that can get out of hand, no activation servers going down. If somebody finds a FreeCAD design file in 500 years they will most likely still find an emulator to run a version of FreeCAD to open this.
