the music was probably an older style from years back, as it was okay and not a big deal from what I can tell, as others have said the music is kind of too loud or whatever, as it is some, but oh well!

This is a very unique ownership structure, where you own the lot you are on (so there is no space rental) but the ownership structure is condominium in order to account for the surrounding park, common areas, fishing ponds, clubhouse, etc. Currently the HOA dues are $310/month, which covers your water, trash, and sewer.

Absolutely! My personal preference is to eat the greenish yellow ones, chilled, but the large red ones are better for making jelly, or as I recently learned, you can make an INCREDIBILE home made cactus apple WINE. It turns out these fruit have a ton of natural yeast. The process is quick, simple, natural. AND FREE!
I'm high functioning autistic. Sleep has NEVER come easy for me. Sometimes I go days without it. I go through about 3 or 4 sleep masks a year. I HAVE to wear sleep mask and ear plugs if I desire to get any sleep at all.

We live nearby @ Stoneridge. Took a drive up around this area. Driving by someone's ranch property & to our surprise right inside their fence next to the road there was a camel believe it or not!
YES! Our zoning here includes a valuable animal "O" designator which allows for I think the most liberal animal use out there! That property you mention is private, but we call it the "Zoo" and take walks that way when we have visitors in town. They have all kinds of amazing critters there!
