Yeah bro, there is no lie here. Rondos are a great way to increase the ability of possession and tactical play. Even though most of these examples are rondos, there are many variations that suit any training team, and they are explained very well.

Good video but realistically the 2nd attacker will come behind the first attacker to support

Yes, the teammate of the attacker will drop back and create an angle but thats a positive because the defender has forced the attacker to play backward and delayed the attack. The defender will then press the player receiving the ball, bringing up the defensive line, meaning the initial attacker will now be offside
