I'm fanatical when it comes to cooking over fire. Whether its a midweek burger or a whole animal over flames, I'm in my happy place when introducing fire to food!
I recently completed my Around the World Outdoor Cook Challenge, where I cooked a dish from every country in the world, all cooked outdoors over fire within a year
I feel this is what I was born to do and I'm loving every minute of the journey!

You didnt dry roast the seeds before grinding them. Your no good.
How long do you cook the chicken for? Do you do it a bit then cut it and then do a bit more - or did you do it all in one go? Thanks.
Cooking this tomorrow. Chicken and marinade in the fridge ready.

It’s great to see such cracking results using (1) the hot and fast method and (2) grass-fed brisket. Subbed!
Hi . Is the wok ring worth a purchase ?
Don’t use the blade side of your knife to scrape the vet use the spine
Will it do big kitchen knives? as I am an ex chef I gave a couple of. If 12inch knives. Seen it loads on social media, was wondering if it was worth the expense
You are not getting much smoke in to pork if you have your kamado at 170C. Need it way way lower.

Just found this one elky, life saver
This is on a whole other level. Only those who have really mastered their culinary skills will know what this is all about. With the added bonus of being cooked on a open fire whilst being smoked infused. This is Goat Curry at it's finest. In Jamaica 🇯🇲 when Curry Goat is cooked using pimento berries and pimento wood for the log fire, words cannot express how truly great it is. Infact all over the Caribbean they have their own methods of preparation and cooking that brings outstanding results. Goat curry originated from the mother land India 🇮🇳, other than the originators 🇮🇳 the best Interpretations of this dish can be found in places such as Guyana 🇬🇾, Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹, where you'll find a fusion of Diasporan (African) and Indian influences.
Agree 💯
I'll teach bro how to smoke a brisket
What rub do you use, mate?

Exactly what you get with videos is the luxury of time, with tv magic making time lapse quicker for the videos, lol.
That doesn't look like curry goat. The meat looks like oxtail
@TheSmokinElk, it would have been good if you had included the actual recipe!
BBQ in England?! THAT IS BLASPHEMOUS!!!! No Brit knows how to make BBQ, no one out of the Southern US knows how!!!!
I wish you would have printed the recipe below. Now i have to do stop and go to write it all down, but it does look fabulous.
