It was brilliant watching a show that is told from the German point of view. So original....if I could only go back to 1928 for a long weekend just to enjoy the nightlife!
It was only when I understood the meaning of the lyrics that I knew the song set the tone of the series right in the beginning. As much as we love some characters, we get to be aware the absolute insanity that is about to come, and a lot of our loved characters won't make it as the story continues.
Amazing series, amazing script, acting, editing, music... All recommendations! ❤
