  первое: в подсолнечной халве и не должно быть муки и сливочного масла! зачем вы всё время это пишете? второе: в классическом рецепте нету яичного белка! в роли вспенивающего выступает отвар мыльного корня! третье: перетёртые семена должны иметь примерно ту же консистенцию, что и карамель, иначе у вас не получится добиться характерной для халвы волокнистой структуры. вы недостаточно перетерли семена и как бы не старались, у вас не получится правильно её вымесить. в итоге: ваша халва не соответствует по качеству фабричной, заявления, что она лучше "магазинной" - голословны

  That looks like you made sugar wyrup without caramelizing it. Did you pour the syrup hot on the eggwhite or should it be a certain temperature?

  This is one of my favourite sweets. I have just eaten a little bit, bought in the store, and learnt how it is caloric. 😮 I feel so guilty now😢 But it is so good. My bad, my ass will be fat😂😂😂😂I thought my entire life it was a polish sweet, only recently I found out it is not.

  Halva is made with tehini (sesame seeds ) not sunflower seeds.

  Yes.However, in a Russian store they have it made with sunflower seeds. It is not so good as the one made with sesame but if you're lazybones it will make you happy anyway. Cheers to all halva lovers❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
