  I wonder if Christopher is the missing piece. We know Jade sees visions of him but we never truly know if he's actually dead. They do show cabins in the woods along with the "mannequin" type statues. Could they have been made by Christopher? If it is a cycle then maybe Christopher was hearing the voices like Sarah, and he was the one who killed everyone in the town in hopes of getting home. Maybe he got the same "kill the boy" message that sarah got and thats why Victor 's mom told him to hide someplace Christopher didnt know about

  The whole show from what I understand is about repeating cycles, and isn't going to be stop until they stop it. I imagine Jade is discovering this.

  I strongly believe the show operates on cycles of entrapment and escape, then Christopher could be the key to understanding the previous cycle, specifically the one that resulted in the deaths of Victor's famil.

  It’s tough that the solution marvel has is not to start over small with the solo hero spotlights that made the franchise (iron man, ant man, etc) instead going back on their steps. To be honest its hard to blame them when the comic format of constantly escalating stakes and multiversal threats is hard to translate from comics and keep up though

  Fun idea; what if cause they’re dying for food the monsters bring animals at night and force them to risk their lives to eat? We don’t know how the animals get to the town so this could be a conditioning tool.

  This candle is SO symbolic. I never realized it until after the show ended. Before, during and after Howard's murder, the candle goes from still, to flickering (upon Lalo's entry) to still and blood splattered. It’s amazing how Vince and co. mastered the art of foreshadowing to perfection. And when I saw the final scene….wow.

  So there's an ambush and several people die- I'm guessing it's going to be Bacta, Frank Mariel and Mrs Liu. Possibly Boyd's son too. There's deliberate imagery in the trailer- like Boyd holding a shrouded body in the church with the beams making a cross behind him. That's very much the pose of Mary holding Jesus by Michaelangelo. We don't really see the face of the man drinking from the skull, but his clothes appear very dated Is it Jade drinking from the skull? We know the town keeps fifty people at all times- when one dies, another is brought in. I think we'll get a bunch of new characters this season- like the paramedic woman with the gun in the trailer. It's telling that there's an ambulance full of medical supplies. Is the town giving them tools to survive?

  Ben - he will find a phsycial natural explanation. The common thread in this show is that all spiritual happenings are from real world happenings. They can equally be interpreted as demonic/other-worldly.

  After watching the trailer of season 3 and reading the comments on various clips no one has mentioned the old lady that arrived on the bus how calm she acts or the fact she had morphine ,or there was a junkie on the same bus, doesn't look sick enough to have morphine , not fearful and seems to walk around with kind of carefree demeanor

  I wonder if there is any relevance to Fatima’s name? That being the name originally given to the most beloved daughter of Mohammad. Also, has anyone noticed that there is a pool with a motel sign, but no motel? I thought maybe it burned down but it looks like the fence was just made to enclose the pool.
