Before I was a full-time content creator, I was an online learning designer. I created online learning programs for my workplace around topics like security, safety and bullying in the workplace ~ very fun funky and fresh.
Nowadays, I share ideas, learnings and thoughts on topics like:

I’ve been creating on the internet since age 12. Think drag-and-drop doll makers, glitter fill resources and glitter graphic websites. I was a mini entrepreneur, selling my glitter graphics on forums to grown adults in packs of 15 and making a cool $20 a month from Google Adsense 😎

I’ve been using Whering for months and LOVE it! The visibility of items and analytics is super fun, and useful!! Hope you like it too 🥰 Note on the colors the GPT tool pulled - I tried it out of curiosity, it typed me as a Summer (I’ve been professionally typed as a Soft Autumn so not totally right but pretty close), and it provided the exact same colors as it did for you! Makes me think that it might recommend specific colors for the season it types you as, rather than really personalizing it to your photo! Thought it might be interesting or even helpful to mention 😊
I absolutely love this new way of looking at planning and getting things done. It's so great that the reset is split into a few days instead of just one! I'm really excited to start using a menu list on our fridge for meal planning. Plus, going on errands with my husband is always a blast!
The 20 minute meditation thing came from TM, and with that particular transcending meditation, they did studies and found that longer periods (of that particular kind of meditation), people felt not as even/rougher afterwards, and below 20 minutes, wasn’t enough for the lasting effect (they did studies on lowered blood pressure, etc.). I can’t remember the exact details as it was a dozen years ago when I learned, but there was a reason for the 20 minute mark, meaning it wasn’t randomly chosen.

Take some honey in your hot drinks. Put lemon 🍋 in your water. Add garlic to your dinners and make fresh orange 🍊 juice daily for a week and you'll get better quickly. Xox

I honestly don't read text carousels on your IG despite being a long term follower of yours. I'm used to your content being an audio video medium - especially audio. Long texts in IG posts are hard to pay attention to.

Same, girl!! I went on a 6 week European holiday (a big event!) and the reset energy I had for when I returned home was huge. Then I got home sick, and got sick a second time also. Still not recovered. Still dying to reset. But this video has encouraged me to reset just a tiny amount. Literally the tiniest "what is stressing me out right now?" And just did that. Small steps!!

Getting sick is the way my body tells me it's resetting and that I need to slow down 😅
In the lead up to the wedding I KEPT pushing off my sickness and I think this was my bodys way of saying that it was time to chill tf out and pause hahaha. So thankful to be feeling better tho.

Hi Michelle, I've been scouring the internet and found there are many different types of rest. I also thought I should physically rest when I felt mentally drained but the opposite rest for a mental drain is to do something like go for a walk or do a hobby. It's very interesting, I recommend you check it out! I really enjoy your life admin videos. If I am in a slump I'll throw on your playlist and do a body double. I don't know what's going around but I'm sick too. Like, take the rest of the week off from work sick. I'm wondering if it's from trying to get too much done and the body forcing a rest.
Yess I love that!! Rest is so interesting to me too. yess sickness is hitting everyone I know! I think for me I had so much stress in the lead up to the wedding that my body was like nah, here are some forced rest points for u 🙏 Sending you lots of love!!
how I determine if I need gentle movement or to lie down is by noticing where I feel tired. if I feel the tiredness in my body (I notice it most as heaviness in my legs), then that means I need to rest. if I feel the tiredness in my head (brain fog, sluggish, etc.), then that normally means I need some gentle movement - walks and yoga are my faves ❤ congrats on your wedding 🎉

i get the "too feminine, not serious"... for example, i avoided pink for all of my career! now im STILL in my barbie moment (i retired early 🔥)
I've worked most of my life in landscaping and construction and didn't want to appear "feminine" now I rock a lilac colored water bottle, lunch kit, and pink travel mug. Not only should those things not determine how seriously someone takes me but if I drop or forget something I can find it easily outside. Jokes on them.
