this is old & ik you didn’t ask, but here’s some tips that might help you as mercy - you need to work on your positioning. you got soft targeted in round 1 because you were caught out of position by the enemy winston and genji a lot. while it is ideal for someone on your team to peel for you and protect you, it’s silver so the chances of that happening are slim to none, especially if you’re not using voice comms and just the command wheel. as a support, you’re basically left to fend for yourself so you need to be better at surviving - i notice that after you guardian angel, you tend to float further than you seemed to wanted, which results in you being out of position or front lining as mercy. have you tried changing your mercy settings? don’t be afraid to mess around with them and make some adjustments if necessary. see if you can find a different control layout that works better for you! - it can be challenging at times but focus more on damage boosting, less on healing - just because you CAN res, doesn’t mean you always should lastly if you’re looking to climb (or just improve in general), i recommend watching gm/t500 mercy guides. niandra and skiesti are really good t500 pc mercy players who make educational videos (among other things)!
