    Hi! I'm an instructional designer, and I really appreciated how concise this video was! I enjoyed the video footage and graphics, as well as your voice! You explain things really well. My only feedback is RE: sound. There was a slight clicking noise throughout (I think the necklace was tapping the body mic). Otherwise, I really enjoyed this.

    This one is not necessarily my expertise. Value delivered is certainly a consideration, but it’s also whether what you do for the company is in demand. Build relationships at work too.

    Mam I've heard if maximizing salary is important then promotions is not actually the way to go.. Studies show that if we change jobs every 1-2 years then salary will soon outpace any raises/promotions you'd get if you had stayed.. so what to do to earn more ? Any better ideas to know and apply in initial stages of career in service based industry.. 2) Also which books could help in such a situation..

    Insightful analysis ! Could you share some secrets or unknown rules to get a first high paying job as fresher with internship after completing engineering & not depend on job hopping after some months ? Any top books recommendations around this topic to help me land a good pay job..

    The first thing is that you need to believe that you are worth more. Believing it just leaves taking the steps to make it happen. Larger companies will provide a higher salary in most cases, but the downside could be more bureacracy, making it harder to get things done. I talk alot about listening and communication on this channel. So, that is a soft skill that never gets old. Become better at pinpointing what others need and how you can meet that need and you will do quite well. Read "Who Moved My Cheese". It's.a great and fast read.

    I think discussing the dominant group's fears surrounding losing the comfort of their privilege, power, and status will get closer to the truth. Don't assume ppl want to eradicate bias or stereotypes, when they created them to make themselves superior, and created systems for them to succeed in.
