  Hello Madam, try doing factory reset but note that it will erase everything and your tv software will be as it was switched on for first time., if this doesn't work then need to check if there is any foreign particle in the headphone socket and remove it. hope this would be helpful.   Usually there will be one shortcut key for switching ON and OFF the WIFI, may be symbol is different on your laptop keyboard or it might be located some where else(some dedicated key for WiFi) Thank you, have a GOODTIME...
