He made it into the United States, but didn't go past the gate. It's similar to how someone standing in the walkway leading your house isn't considered a "home invader" unless they actually go through the door. Not worth their time to worry about since they never actually go past the gate.

my friend and I stopped into the Bagdad Cafe on our way to Needles Ca, many years ago, met General Bob, he was a trip. wondering where their cook [ forget his name ] was in the vid? he was a cook at that time, very nice guy. I had the ostrich Burger ,he cooked it to order with his "secret ingredient" it smelt and tasted delicious. 😋he even sat in my seat at the counter and held it for me while I went to the restroom my friend had the Buffalo burger. loved this place 😀👍 Thanks Loved your ostrich burger" smelt and tasted Great!

Huell was simply enjoyable. He had a habit of asking a question and not sticking around for full answer. One time a park ranger lit into him for doing that. Huell just took it and put it in the segment!!! Too funny!

Yeah the person also won't mention the fact that the custom and immigration border inspection is on the US side of the border. That's the reason why you see the traffic jam behind them. Cars waiting to go through the border inspection. That guy would've been caught at the border inspection station
