Incredibly beautiful and miraculous...
This sciency music is giving me an illumination. Isn't is just so fascinating? Nature truely is holy in a fully logical manner?
what kit did you use, I have been trying plasmid extraction for months now, but I haven't gotten a reasonable result
Excellent Explanation, concise, and informative. Thanks.
Very informative. Highly recommended for molecular bio and genetics students. ❤ ill take my plasmids chilled served neat. 😂
I saw many videos for clearing my concept but i didn't found in one video but you're video is first and best for clearing concepts about this microscopy thank you so so so much.😊😊
This is a HUGE help!! ❤️
Alright I guess I'll die
Cheer~~~a machine with a rapidly rotating container that applies centrifugal force to its contents, typically to separate fluids of different densities (e.g. cream from milk) or liquids from solids.😊
Perfect video..as a neet pg aspirant,,this video helped me a lot..thank you
What an incredible science humans has developed. This is something to be grateful for everyday. Plasmid will have the potential to cure all diseases when the special interests will allow it.
Nice explanation Chigga
What happens if I forgot to wait for 1 minute before the last centrifuge?☹️
தெளிவான விளக்கம்🎉🎉🎉
You are so sweet and cool 🎉
Great. Looking forward to have some more such videos
Thank you for this video! These kinds of demonstration videos are so valuable to future and even current scientists.
Great❤
Не рассказан главный вопрос. Формулы красителей и методика крашения
Perfect little refresher, thank you!
Thanks
Very nice explanation with demonstration.
This was super helpful, thank you so much
Восхитительно!❤️🙏 И в этом Бог Творец, Создатель.
Isn't the RNA primase synthesizing the RNA primer, not DNA primase? RNA primase also attaches a small primer on the DNA leading strand before DNA polymerase III binds to it. Expected more from Harvard University teams
instead of btb, can I use litmus paper as the indicator?
just looking at it, seems like lots of improvement can be done here. at least shake or invert the blocking buffer few more times so it can mix well, or you might have instant binding of some antibodies and result in uneven imaging signal.
Don't get me wrong but I was here for science but stayed till the end for her smile
Very amazing with a very pretty mam
I am in 2nd year Branch -B.tech Biotechnology India
I like to gain more knowledge please, I find out very very interesting
It's very helpful
The best! Thanks a lot 😊

What a wonderful lady...so well explained and a passion for the subject. When the person truly understands the subject they can easily propagate their knowledge.
Why do researchers need to use viruses as tools?
Thank you for demonstrating this so beautifully and in such simple language. I would like to ask one question related to the Proton pump. How many protons pass through the Oxysomes to generate 1ATP? I have been getting multiple answers including 2H+ and 4H+. What's the correct answer?
Excellent, Thanks a lot , Jorge Ortega .
