@@iamsharlalakay oh dear. I get pain when my wires are changed. The ticker the wire ughhh… but I try to take Tylenol before my visits now. I have in a wire with bends now and every few days a different tooth that’s being pulled up or pushed down to make them all the same height is feeling sensitive, that is it’s hurrrrrting lol. But I’m approaching my 3 years now so it’s more fine tuning now. I had a stubborn tooth that took a while to fully rotate and then I feel it rotated overnight lol.

Hey, I noticed you said your braces cost $14,000, is there a payment plan involved?
Hello, yes please there’s a payment plan. I think it’s for 8 months to 1 year but if you take longer you just incur some interest. So you’d need to know if committing to more than $1,000 per month is okay for you or if you’d rather take your time, not overextend yourself financially and take the slight penalty to repay in a more manageable timeframe. But the best part of the journey is after you’ve paid, walking in and out of the orthodontist office almost feels like you’re being treated for free lol
I got braces about a year ego and four premolars extracted. My issue is they are narrowing my bottom and top pallet so much that my tongue constantly getting bite marks, my top and bottom pallet kinda looks like you. My concern is will they widen the pallet in future or it gonna get more smaller, my ortho is not explaining a damn thing 😑
Hey, I’m sorry your ortho isn’t explaining but yes your u-shape will be perfected. A v-shape isn’t the goal. The aim is that when you smile you have less black space between your teeth and the corners of your lips/mouth. I don’t bite my tongue so not bite or spike marks but I find I’m not keeping my tongue in the roof of my mouth as much any more. I feel like I’m back to tongue thrusting. Sigh. But I’ll show another update soon. Where are you located?

I was so excited for braces as I couldn't get it as a child and finally decided for it, but I am so far not loving the results, as they are narrowing my upper and lower pallet my face is getting very thinner, also they are retracting my posterior teeths back so I find my face is much flatter now..I still have 5mm gaps in my premolars I was wondering can they move back my back molars to fill up the gaps,so my face doesn't get flatter? I didn't have much crowding in my upper jaw to begin with but I had cavity on both of my frist premolars and would require root canals. Your results seems very positive and it suits your face. Definitely I am looking for your updates. By the way i am located in Bangladesh, far from you 🙂
Braces look good on you ! how does it feel moving your lips over them ? It looks so uncomfortable and bulky Gonna get braces and rubber bands on same day 😅 Do you have to wear bands?
Thank you! I actually like me in my braces too. I can't believe I'm saying this but I am missing them in advance already lol. At first braces felt uncomfortable, my mouth felt way too full and my lips looked fuller, but now my lips look so much thinner. It is so weird. I don't have rubberbands/elastics for my bite correction, I only have rubberbands for colour and razzle dazzle lol
Got them on, know what you mean about weird it feels so bulky and my lips keep getting stuck when i talk 😅 they already gave me the bands 1st day... cant even open my mouth hope ill get used to it

I learnt this a couple years ago. Wish I knew it when self conscious in my earlier years. Many people in the Caribbean consider it sexy too but a gap attracts horrible comments from strangers too unfortunately. Hated that part. I didn’t get braces to close my gap by the way. I got them to correct protrusion seen especially from my side profile. My orthodontist said if I want back my space after my process is done, it’s possible. And I know that’s no lie because when I got my wires for like 3 days to get my extractions and heal… bayyyyybee by the end of Day 1 my gap was like hi hello, missed me? Lolol

Hey Candy, I got my 2 bottom wisdom teeth removed. It’s one of my first videos if you want to see. One of my wisdom teeth is impacted and will never come up. I have one wisdom tooth that came in good and proper and it’s still there - top, right, and my dentist is now saying maybe I should get it out after my braces come off because it would keep growing down from my upper jaw because it grows until it touches the bottom tooth. So with no tooth there it may grow slowly but surely to touch my bottom gum.

@@Memomommy Hey, face changes? Initially no. But to be honest I have been changing my eating habits and getting healthier now so my cheeks are not as Chipmunk-like as usual lol but that’s not due to the extractions. Now that my spaces new spaces are closing though I think my side profile is not starting its changes. When I say new spaces btw I mean the extraction sites close and then a space was created on the next side of my canines to make space when my front 8 teeth (4 @ top, 4 @ bottom) retract now via my springs . You can ask any questions, my journey was lonely, yours needs not be. I’m here

Yea, this is my second external, but I got this specifically for my iPad mini and my phone so that I leave next to nothing stored on them. I hate going to record and seeing limited space. lolol at not opening it. To be honest, work was working and I was still learning my iPad. My MacBook was an early birthday gift from my uncle. :) Thanks about my hair.

The best part of the falls is getting on the boat. It is wonderful experience. When I went there that was in 2018, rain coats was given to you when going on to the boat. So you wouldn't get wet...and no one don't or rarely talk about Clifton hill or there passes ... I was surprise when I got there. My favorite at Clifton hall was the 3D movie games or cinema can't remember correct name, sky wheel, the wax museum and fireworks at 10pm..
