Listening to this before I go to work and the factory, ADHD and autism is not a good thing to work in a factory with, but this helps.

It's called multidimensional music. It's music mixed to feel like it's moving in space around you when you're wearing headphones. It's very calming for some ADHD people because it actively stimulates both sides of the brain and basically quiets the chatter. I find it incredible for helping me focus.
