    😂 The premise of this video is the more certain you are that you are correct in being bitter the more likely you are to experience more situations that'll make you bitter. In my experience including my own dating experience in remaining grateful for what I've had and what I'm going to have I've continued to have more experiences including with women that I can be grateful for. I'm not surprised you're better because you are so certain that bitter is correct that you were trying to convince other people that it's right to be bitter so no shit you've lived a bitter experience. First principles brother, your beliefs create your reality.

    I recommend a tripod. The shaky "handheld" feel only detracts from the good info that you're here to share. If possible, once you intuit these things, seek scholarly papers on the topics. You're using specific terminology, so perhaps you're already familiar with relevant scholarly papers (and I do mean, literally, scholarly papers from sources like Google Scholar if you have access). I've ponered long about this topic, let me tell you something. When practicing guitar I've found that frustration tells me when I'm trying to run instead of being methodical. I can nail any piece if I practice slow enough and slowly rack up the tempo, I only get frustrated if I try to rack it up too quickly and try to play it anyway. It's a sign of stubbornness, and a sign something in your learning process is wrong. Not saying frustration is not a part of life, it just doesn't have to be a part of any healthy learning process. Patience is much, much, MUCH more rewarding than pushing through frustration. The ability to be humble enough to say "ok, back to square one" and understand it as part of the process. If I feel frustrated I straight up stop as that messes up with all the dopamine you feel when you achive those littke micro tasks or micro achievements that keep you pushing forward till the end.

    I disagree. I've learned a lot by calmly focusing on what I should do to improve. Getting pissed off usually hinders me both in the short and long term. As long as you care about what you're doing and are trying to improve that's what matters, and for some people it requires them to be frustrated I suppose

  • @MorganMindfulness
    @MorganMindfulness2 ай бұрын

    I think we agree more than you would think. What you're describing to me is also an important part of the learning process, where as frustration comes into play when you are trying to break past prior limitations in ways you have not been able to in the past. While saying calm and focusing on what you should do to improve can get you a long way, that moment of wanting to punch a wall may be exactly what you need to finally see what you need to be focusing on. Then once you've seen this paired with the wiring from the norepinephrine it is much easier to keep in mind what you need to be doing to improve and stay calm because this lesson was wired in by frustration.

  • @zjmullan
    @zjmullan2 ай бұрын

    @@MorganMindfulness interesting, I definitely see where you're coming from. If you don't know what you're doing wrong and are at the start of the dunning-kruger curve it's easier and probably more beneficial to get angry at yourself.
