Best time to go to Boracay is between November and April, clear crystal beaches and the weather is amazing
Its a comparison of summer versus rainy season in Boracay. The entire Philippines barely had any rain back in April.

wow! you swore? my ears turned red cool that you are getting used to the cool, temp that is. and the skiing. i was surprise that when my pinay wife brought her new to canada friends up to the mountains for the snow that they didnt get it how cold it is. they wore flipflop slippers. they stepped out then they got right back into the car. made them sit their and wait until we were done having fun after driving over an hour to get there

It won't be that crowded compared during summertime (March-May), but its a hit or miss when it comes to the weather.
