I drink lemon water first thing in the morning. I also drink loose leaf teas and I love coconut water with a key lime or lime squeezed in it and fruit smoothies 👌🏾

I believe the Dash diet is a good one but the dr.Esselstyn diet is superior when comes to heart health,but a great video
A predominantly Plant Based diet is proven to be the healthiest overall & Caldwell Esselstyn's research findings support that so I agree!

All of the best diets emphasize the importance of increasing whole fruits and vegetables and reducing/eliminating processed foods. How much emphasis will depend mostly on non-nutrition based factors (education, access, finances, etc)

Yes, it’s a good option for excess body fat reduction in the short term. Ideally you would transition to a more balanced dietary style long term 👍🏿

I'm wearing a cgm and have been on the carnivore diet for 5+ years, you would be surprised how much glucose you make while in ketosis. The body may make more ketones but it still makes glucose when performing any kind of movement or exercise, 84mg/dl when sitting and 92mg.dl when standing :) I do get low blood glucose warnings when I sleep, around 54mg/dl

Nice overview of the best leading diets for weight loss. Reducing grains, sugars and carbs has been my secret. Lots of carbs available in root vegetables and certain fruits. THX
