  There was a point in the video where he took off the air valve and demonstrated that the piston should be free moving. I took mine apart sanded the brass valve body lightly as well as the plastic piston lightly reassembled and im back up and running. This guy was very informative save me $500-$800! This is an example of a youtuber that should be making money from youtube. It shouldn't be solely based of reviews.

  Hi sir ...saw your video...I overhauled the exhibition valve and during function test of opening and closing of the valve after removing air from below the sir cyl spindle is not dropping down fully...it drops a bit when giving air closing ok .. what could be wrong...I overhauled to the best of my knowledge and after reading manual...any suggestions

  it will not take much time to change starting air valve and also its advisable to do maintenance in time to avoid any kind of breakdown maintenance.
