    Just rebuilt one on my daughter’s G29. Got to take it back out. I think the armature is bad. The cart isn’t moving at all. The A1 wire is getting hot when pedal is pressed down.

    Pull that motor and check / sand the armature🍺🍺👍

    Ah ok If the ribs are almost gone then it may need replacing mate.

    I dont have a click link mate but this is the part number for yamaha Jh7-H1829-00 Youll find that most carts us the same bumper .
